1. You will earn $300 per transaction. i.e. If you refer an individual that buys a property or sells a property you will receive $300. If you refer an individual who sells a property and buys a property, within the terms, you will receive $600 ($300 for each transaction).
2. To receive a referral reward in conjunction with our Refer & Earn campaign, you must refer an individual to Better Way Real Estate Ltd. before December 31, 2023.
3. The individual that you refer must complete a transaction using Better Way Real Estate Ltd. Eligibility to receive $300 occurs upon the transaction closing date (AKA possession date) which must be before June 30, 2024.
4. The individual must notify us that you referred them prior to signing any agreements with Better Way Real Estate Ltd. (Have them mention it right away)
5. Subject property of the purchase or sale transaction must be located within 60 kilometers of Stony Plain, Alberta.
6. Better Way Real Estate Ltd. will contact you to confirm the best method (mail/hand delivery) to get your $300 cheque to you within two weeks after the transaction closing date.
