Born and raised on a farm near Stony Plain and currently living on an acreage a stone’s throw away from that very farm, Ben has an invaluable wealth of knowledge of the local area. He has been in the real estate business for 16 years and in that time has achieved expert skills in real estate including negotiation and client satisfaction while having sold hundreds of homes in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Ben is not afraid to ask the tough questions which is crucial in protecting the interests of his clients, a top priority of his. Ben’s hard work has been awarded as he has earned RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2017, was a member of #1 team in RE/MAX Real Estate Western Canada in 2012 and is consistently in the TOP 5-20% Realtors in Edmonton and areas. With Ben’s continued education he has achieved extra credentials such as Accredited Buyers Representative and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Ben is an active member of the community with family and community events. He is involved with East Parkland Bible Church and a public community member of both the Agriculture Service Board Parkland County and RECA Arbitration and Professional Standards. When he isn’t assisting clients, Ben can be found spending time with his wife and four children, skiing, boating and winning family airsoft matches.

Kyle, a dedicated family man and active community member, brings a unique blend of experiences to his role in real estate. Before entering the field, he worked as a journeyman electrician in Edmonton and co-owned a family-run attic insulation business, Jurassic Attic Insulation. His professional journey took a turn when he met Ben Jespersen, whose shared values and commitment to honesty and hard work resonated with Kyle. As a Realtor, Kyle looks forward to leveraging his problem-solving skills and passion for helping people to connect clients with their ideal properties. A lifelong resident of Stony Plain/Parkland County, Kyle is deeply embedded in his community. He, his wife Olivia, their three boys, and soon-to-arrive fourth child are active members of the Beach Corner Church. When he's not helping clients or spending time with his family, Kyle enjoys fishing, snowmobiling, playing slow pitch and ball hockey, and volunteering at his church.
