Lawrence has lived, worked in the Edmonton Area since 1987. Lawrence knows Edmonton, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain extremely well. Attended Grant MacEwan in Business, Raised 3 now adults in the Edmonton area and has been married since 1989. Lawrence has managed & leased up to 30 commercial properties at one time, including retail, industrial, office properties. Lawrence has sold residential, condo, acreage & farm properties from Edmonton- Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Newbrook-north to Chipman-east, from Mayerthorpe -west to Wetaskiwin -south. Lawrence's breadth of real estate knowledge and experience sets him apart.

Ben was born and raised on a farm near Stony Plain, Ab, and REALLY knows Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and all rural surrounding area. Ben has been selling real estate including farms, acreages and plenty of residential homes since 2006. Ben's ability to ask tough questions and negotiate like every property was his own, is a competitive advantage. 

We are a full service real estate company whom can provide flexible options to its clients. For example, if your home sells in 30 days or less, who should benefit? We think it should be the seller.
